Job Description

Needham Public Schools is an inclusive, dynamic, and multicultural community seeking an energetic and skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team. To enhance our goals of supporting every child, Needham Public Schools seeks candidates with diverse backgrounds and experiences.

The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant provides Occupational Therapy services to students with a range of fine motor and sensory needs both in and out of the classroom under the guidance of a district Occupational Therapists and building‑based Special Education Coordinators. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Providing direct 1:1, small group, and in‑class occupational therapy for students

Job Environment

Hourly Rate Range: $28.95 - $33.77 (SY26 Rate)
