Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant ‐ Skilled ‐ (COTA ‐ Skilled)

Start Date: ASAP

Available Shifts: 8 D

Pay Rate: $1237.40 ‐ $1355.87

Responsibilities

1. Assist the Occupational Therapist in planning, development, organization, evaluation, and direction of occupational therapy activities.
2. Maintain departmental policies, procedures, objectives, and quality assurance.
3. Maintain treatment records, resident files, and progress notes as required.
4. Participate in discharge planning, development, and implementation of resident care plans and assessments.
5. Perform other duties as deemed necessary or as directed by the Administrator or Occupational Therapist.

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Skilled
• SSN Required
• DOB Required
• References: 1 Reference in entire work history

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 Year SNF experience
