Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant ‐ Skilled ‐ (COTA ‐ Skilled)

Start Date: 5/22/2025 | Available Shifts: 8 D | Pay Rate: $1371.00 ‐ $1426.00

Well-respected skilled nursing facility (SNF) is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Therapist to join the team. Candidates should support a friendly, positive, and professional environment.

Required Qualifications

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Skilled
• Experience: 2 years
• License: OTA‐IL
• Certifications: BLS (Copy Needed)
• SSN and DOB required
• Work History: No more than 30 days gap in entire work history
• References: 1 reference in entire work history

SNF experience: 1 year
