Functional Pathways is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant at Otterbein Jackson in Jackson, MI, to support the plan of care under an OTR/L.

As a COTA, you will implement treatment plans, collaborate with supervising therapists, and contribute to high-quality resident care in a supportive environment. This is a full-time, on-site position with a $2,500 sign-on bonus for direct applicants.

Qualifications

• Must have an associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Must meet all certification and licensure requirements as established by the state and national board associations.
• Active state license required.

Responsibilities

• Implement the plan of care as established by the OTR/L and the physician in a professional, competent manner.
