Job summary

TransPerfect is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide resident-focused care in a senior living facility. You will implement treatment plans, screen residents, document progress, and collaborate with the supervising OTR to tailor programs to individual needs.

The role requires state licensure and completion of OTA program; prior senior living experience and knowledge of PDPM/Medicaid case mix are preferred.

Qualifications

• OTA programs completed
• State licensure obtained

Responsibilities

• Treat residents with disorders within OT scope upon order and evaluation
• Optimize residents' functions and skills
• Screen residents objectively
• Complete all necessary documentation
• Collaborate with supervising OTR to develop appropriate programs
• Attend care planning and staff/family meetings
• Follow infection control policies and contribute to standards for state/federal certification
• Perform other tasks as assigned by manager/supervisor
