Job Summary and Qualifications

Provides treatment to patients across the life span (infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric) according to a current written treatment plan formulated by the Licensed Occupational Therapist within the scope of their licensure with the state of Texas and according to Tomball’s Occupational Therapy Standards.

What qualifications you will need:
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Associate Degree from an accredited OTA program.
  • Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in the state of Texas.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience required in an acute care setting.
  • Must be able to work 2 weekday shifts a month.
