Job summary

AdvantageCare Rehabilitation in Indian Lake, Ohio, is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for PRN coverage. We are therapist-founded and therapist-led, dedicated to outcomes-driven, patient-centric care and a culture that supports your clinical autonomy.

As part of our interdisciplinary team, you’ll implement personalized therapy plans with OTs, promote functional mobility, document progress accurately, and collaborate with families to achieve lasting improvements.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program (AOTA/ACOTE standards).
• Licensed or license-eligible in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Carry out personalized therapy plans in collaboration with OTs and interdisciplinary teams.
• Promote functional mobility, adaptive techniques, and daily living skills.
• Foster engagement, motivation, and a positive experience for every patient.
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to measurable outcomes.
• Communicate progress and partner with families and caregivers for lasting results.
