Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to help patients regain independence and improve quality of life. You will implement personalized therapy plans in collaboration with OTs and interdisciplinary teams to promote functional mobility and daily living skills.

You will maintain accurate documentation, track measurable outcomes, and communicate progress to patients, families, and caregivers, ensuring a positive, engaging patient experience throughout treatment.

Qualifications
