Job summary

Interface Rehab, Inc. is actively seeking Certified Occupational Therapy Technicians (COTAs) to join our California teams.

We offer flexible scheduling across full-time, part-time, and per-diem roles, with opportunities in post-acute care, retirement communities, and outpatient clinics. As part of our team, you will deliver high-quality OT care, help develop personalized treatment plans, collaborate with physicians and families, document progress, and support patients toward meaningful recovery

Qualifications

• Active or obtainable Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in California
• Ability to work across post-acute care, retirement communities, and outpatient clinics

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional occupational therapy care to patients across settings
• Assist in evaluating and implementing personalized treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize recovery
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
• Support patients in achieving rehabilitation goals and long-term wellness
