Job summary

Interface Rehab, Inc. seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for full-time work in California. Flexible shifts available, including part-time and per diem, with opportunities across post-acute care, retirement communities, and outpatient clinics.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Full-Time (Tuesday - Saturday)

Opportunities

• Full-time and Part-time and Flexible scheduling: Shifts available, up to 40 hours/week

What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional occupational therapy care to patients across various settings
• Assist in evaluating and implementing personalized treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize recovery
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
• Support patients in achieving rehabilitation goals and long-term wellness

What You’ll Need

• Active or obtainable Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state of California

Compensation & Benefits

• We offer a competitive hourly rate ($36.00 to $39.00) and one of the best benefits packages in the industry. Some of our excellent benefits for full-time employees include:
