Job description

Integrated Autism Center LLC has a dedication to quality. Our model combines the most effective methods of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) science, a fun environment, community outings, safety, and high parent involvement for children who have ASD. Our goal is to teach valuable life skills that help our clients become productive and fulfilled adults, ultimately increasing the overall quality of life.

At Integrated Autism Centers, we offer a range of services, including ABA therapy, speech therapy, and occupational therapy. Established in 2021, our dedicated staff and clinicians deliver excellent quality care with happy kiddos and parents around Macomb county!

We are looking for an organized, clinically experienced OTA who is seeking full-time/part-time employment. Our OTAs must have good communication skills and a salesman-like enthusiasm, as you will be the main point of contact for parents.
Position Overview: IAC is growing quickly, and we can accelerate your career faster than any other company you will ever work for.
Job Description:
  • Provide individualized care to each client. Execute established Plan of Care and update goal progress.
  • Work closely with other team members, counsel with other therapists, and discuss best treatment practices for each client.
  • Create unique and creative treatment sessions that are engaging and enjoyable for clients.
  • Document daily treatment sessions and bill within guidelines. Check authorization status. Work with supervising OTR and update progress notes as requested. Conduct meetings with family to communicate progress and new goals.
  • Meet with supervising OTR monthly. Identify areas of learning need and arrange for hands-on co-treatment with OTR as need determines. Schedule re-evaluations and goal update every 6 months between OTR and family.
  • Observe senior therapists and apply knowledge to treatment sessions.

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Maintains BACB Certification.
  • Maintains State Certification.
  • Maintains BLS / CPR certification.
  • Maintains NPI number.
  • Maintains QBS certification or other restraints/holds training.
  • Maintains updated CAQH account.
  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or another related field from an accredited university.
  • No criminal background.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to lift at least 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and be physically active.

  • Provide high-quality care to our clients.
  • Abide by all ethical guidelines set forth by the BACB.
  • Maintains client privacy by HIPAA laws.
  • Maintain the clinic's reputation for an organized, team environment.
  • Behave professionally with all staff members, clients, and caregivers.
  • Should be able write protocols for Trainers/Interns.
