Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Experience: None.
• Current OTA licensure by the Georgia State Board of Occupational Therapy.
• Current certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• Current AHA/ARC BLS certification.
• Must obtain and maintain required orthopedics education/training as mandated in the Houston Healthcare Joint Destination Center of Excellence Policy.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
