Evolve Therapy Services is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for an in-house skilled nursing facility in Pahokee, FL. The role supports plan development, treatment delivery, and resident care under supervision to maintain quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include screening, implementing treatment plans, documenting care per CMS standards, collaborating with the team, and ensuring accurate billing and compliance. Full-time, part-time, or PRN options available.

Formación

• Must hold an Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active OTA licensure in state(s) of practice is required.
• Ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure and certification.

Responsabilidades

• Screen residents to determine the best intervention per scope of practice.
• Perform treatment plans and follow goals set by supervising therapist.
• Interpret and communicate evaluation findings to residents, families, and team.
• Establish individual therapy schedules with the care team.
• Document and bill occupational therapy services per plan of care.
• Perform other duties to effectively treat patients.
• Comply with CMS documentation standards daily with point-of-care documentation.

Educación

Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy

MUST have active OTA licensure in state(s) of practice

Ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain current licensure and certification
