Job summary

Green Hills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Brentwood, TN is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to deliver best practice treatments under OT supervision. The COTA will implement goals developed with the OT and provide feedback through documentation or facility protocols.

Ideal candidates have licensure, comfort with weekly progress notes, and a strong focus on patient-centered care. Long-term or geriatric care experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid COTA license/registration.
• Experience documenting patient progress and weekly notes.
• Excellent patient service skills and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out treatments under OT supervision.
• Provide treatment aligned with OT goals and feedback.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to deliver patient-centered care.
• Report to work on time and maintain professional conduct.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Rehabilitation.
