Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services LLC, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - Full time to join our growing and passionate team in SNF and long-term care settings.

You will provide occupational therapy treatments under supervision, support personalized care plans, document to regulatory standards, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. New grads welcome; state license and NBCOT certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Certified by NBCOT as a COTA where required by state.
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are obtained and up to date.
