**Key Responsibilities:**
- Implement patient treatment plans under supervision
- Communicate with patients, families, and team members
- Document clinical progress and activities
- Support department operations and development
- Report patient status changes promptly
**Qualifications:**
- Graduate from an approved Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Unencumbered practice in Oregon
- Good standing with licensing boards
- Knowledge of Medicare and payer sources
- Professionalism and multitasking skills
- English communication skills
- CPR certification
