Job summary

Renewal Rehab is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time role in SNF and long-term care settings. You will provide occupational therapy treatments under OT supervision, help implement personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve functional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT Certification as a COTA (state requirements may apply).
• Current license as a COTA in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
