Tender Touch Rehab Services LLC, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant – Full Time to join our SNF and long-term care settings. You’ll provide patient-centered OT services under supervision, support care plans, and collaborate with a dedicated team. Qualifications

• Associate degree from an AOTA-accredited OTA program.
• NBCOT certification as a COTA (state requirements apply).
• Current license as a COTA in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
