Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services LLC is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time position in a SNF/Long‑Term Care setting. Work under supervision, contributing to functional goal attainment and high-quality care.

Responsibilities include implementing care plans, collaborating with the care team, and maintaining regulatory documentation. New graduates are welcome with mentorship available to support licensure and professional development.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA‑accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Certified by the NBCOT as a COTA, if required by the state.
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New grads welcome—mentorship available.
