Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services LLC is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time position in Medford Township, New Jersey. This role requires collaboration with an OT to provide quality care and consistency in patient documentation.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate's degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Must be certified by the NBCOT as a COTA if required by the state.
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
