Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services LLC, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - FT to join our team in SNF/Long-Term Care settings. You will provide occupational therapy treatments under supervision of an OT and help implement personalized care plans that target functional goals.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited OTA program.
• NBCOT certification as a COTA, if required by state.
• Current license as a COTA in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date
