Tender Touch Rehab Services is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a full-time position in North Fort Myers, FL. You will provide OT treatments under supervision, implement personalized care plans, and collaborate to achieve functional goals in SNF and long-term care settings.

The role requires a COTA with NBCOT certification (state-dependent) and active state licensure, plus strong communication and organizational skills to maintain regulatory documentation and ensure quality

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Certified by the NBCOT as a COTA, if required by the state.
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
