Tender Touch Rehab Services LLC is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our full-time team in a SNF/long-term care setting. The role includes delivering occupational therapy under OT supervision, contributing to personalized care plans, and maintaining regulatory documentation while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates hold an AOTA‑accredited OTA degree, NBCOT COTA certification if state requires, and current state licensure.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA‑accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT certification as a COTA if state requires it.
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
