Renewal Rehab in Michigan is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time role in SNF/Long-Term Care settings. You will deliver occupational therapy under supervision, support individualized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve functional goals.

Qualified candidates hold an AOTA-accredited associate degree, NBCOT COTA certification, and a current state license.

Qualifications

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
