Job summary

Interface Rehab, Inc. is seeking Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to join our California team.

We offer flexible scheduling—full-time, part-time, and per-diem—across post-acute care, retirement communities, and outpatient clinics. As a COTA, you will provide high-quality therapy, help evaluate and implement treatment plans, collaborate with physicians and families, document progress, and support patients toward recovery and long-term wellness.

Qualifications

• Active California COTA license or license-eligible.
• Ability to work across multiple care settings.
• Excellent documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional occupational therapy care to patients across settings.
• Assist in evaluating and implementing personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, families and interdisciplinary teams.
