Tender Touch Rehab Services LLC is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time position in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting in New Jersey. You’ll provide OT treatments under supervision, help implement personalized care plans, and document to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT-COTA certification (where required by state).
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
