Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) licensed or in the immediate process of obtaining NJ licensure to work in SNF/LTC settings. This is a contract position with a 5x8 days schedule and responsibilities aligned with the organization’s mission and goals.

Minimum requirements include 1 year of SNF/LTC COTA experience and an active NJ license or in-process licensure.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recent experience as a COTA in SNF/LTC.
• Current NJ COTA license within the state of practice or in process.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in SNF/LTC settings.
• Adhere to licensure and facility policies and procedures.
• Maintain patient documentation and progress notes as required.

This is a contract position5x8 Days schedule. This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Minimum Requirements include:

1 year of recent experience as a(n) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) SNF / LTC experience required. Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license within the state of practice.
