Overview

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) licensed or in the process of obtaining licensure in the state of Illinois to work in the specialty area of SNF/LTC.

This is a contract, 5x8 days position. The role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into job performance.

• Current COTA license in the state of practice.
