Overview

Are you a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at our communities in Frederick/Sellersville/Harleyville/Telford PA has a per diem (PRN) opportunity

We are seeking PRN candidate who can cover vacations/PTO therefore ideally would have weekday availability (weekend availability is good as we may need some coverage on Sat/Sun's).

Please note that Symbria manages the rehab programs for several area communities therefore we are seeking a PRN to cover all our buildings as need arrises these include the following:

  • Frederick Living - Frederick
  • Rockhill Mennonite - Sellersville
  • Peter Becker - Harleysville
  • Lutheran Community - Telford
Responsibilities

As a PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA), you will work closely with the Occupational Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications
  • Be a graduate of an accredited school for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
  • Hold a valid state license.
  • Ability to work weekdays
  • At least 1 year of Long Term Care/SNF experience.
