Are you a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team in Fond du Lac, WI has a per diem (PRN) opportunity available. This position will cover up to a 30-mile radius in Fond du Lac, WI, with the ability to work flexible hours and weekends. Mileage reimbursement is included.
As a PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA), you will work closely with the Occupational Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans. You will be part of our interdisciplinary team, maintaining productivity standards and completing required documentation, helping patients achieve critical outcomes and acting as a trusted community partner.
