Job summary

Sandstone Estates in Tucson, AZ, is seeking a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team on a PRN basis in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

You will assist in implementing treatment plans, help residents improve daily living skills, document progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

Active Arizona COTA license is required; experience in SNF or rehab is preferred and strong communication and teamwork are essential.
