Role Responsibilities

• Assist under supervision of OTR/L: implement treatment plans, review and modify as needed, and identify equipment/discharge needs.
• Be aware of patient diagnoses and take necessary precautions.
• Provide treatment to diverse patient populations and document accordingly.
• Monitor treatment effects and recommend adjustments.
• Collaborate with support personnel regarding treatment orders.
• Conduct group classes (e.g., stroke, SCI, BI).
• Instruct caregivers/families on home exercises and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a COTA.
• Previous patient care experience preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Salary

Approximately $49.04/hour; salary may vary based on circumstances.
