Job summary

Corvallis Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Corvallis, OR is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) PRN to support rehabilitation services on a PRN/on-call basis. You will implement individualized plans, assist with therapeutic exercises, and promote independence with adaptive equipment.

Thu, you will document progress, coordinate with facility staff, and participate in activities that boost residents’ physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

Qualifications

• Current Oregon Occupational Therapy Assistant Certification (OTAC or equivalent).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates effective problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work with facility staff to promote resident well-being.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans to help residents reach goals.

What You’ll Do
