What you will do in this role:

• Communicate patient progress or issues to supervisors and team members; instruct patients' families or nursing staff in follow-up programs
• Assist with patient scheduling and post charges daily to patient records
• Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting standards
• Maintain equipment and work area in a safe, clean condition
• Adhere to the Company's Code of Business Conduct, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, professional standards, and applicable laws
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Must have certification from the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program culminating in an Associate's degree
• Current and valid state OTA license or certificate of practice in the states where services are provided
• CPR certification (if required)
