Role Responsibilities

• Communicate patient progress or issues to supervisors and team members; instruct families and nursing staff on follow-up programs
• Assist with patient scheduling and post charges daily to records
• Document patient care in compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
• Maintain equipment and work environment in a safe, clean condition
• Adhere to company policies, professional standards, and legal requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
