Role Responsibilities

• Communicate patient progress or issues to supervisors and team members; instruct patients' families or nursing staff in follow-up programs.
• Assist with patient scheduling and post charges daily to patient records.
• Accurately document patient care in compliance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accreditation standards.
• Maintain equipment and work area in a safe, clean condition.
• Perform job responsibilities in accordance with the Company's Code of Business Conduct, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, professional standards, and applicable laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Certification from the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA).
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program leading to an Associate's degree.
• Current and valid state OTA license or equivalent in the states where services are provided.
• CPR certification (if required).
