Job summary

Liberty Health Candler, North Carolina seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a multidisciplinary rehab team. You will help design and implement individualized treatment plans in a supportive SNF setting, providing in-house therapy with local management support.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited therapy program and licensed in the state, with rehab SNF experience preferred.

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
• Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working.
• Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred.
