Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services in North Carolina is seeking an experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a multidisciplinary rehab team. You will help create responsive, individualized treatment plans and provide in-house therapy with local management support.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited therapy program, licensure in the state where the SNF operates, and preference for prior rehab SNF experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited therapy program.
• Licensed in the state where SNF work will occur.
• Previous rehab SNF experience preferred.

Be able to work in a supportive rehab environment with progressive treatment modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments. In-house therapy with local management support.

Job Requirements:

• EDUCATION: Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
• CERTIFICATE / LICENSE: Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working.
• EXPERIENCE: Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred.
