Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a positive rehab experience for patients and their families by being responsive and individualizing treatment plans. Work in a supportive rehab environment with progressive treatment modalities to address various diseases and impairments. In-house therapy with local management support.

Job Requirements

• Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited therapy program.
• Certificate / License: Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working.
• Experience: Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred.
