Responsibilities:

• Reporting directly to the Occupational Therapist, you will treat patients with complex needs and challenging diagnoses.
• Conduct individual patient therapy sessions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist (OT).
• Monitor patients' responses to treatment and modify therapy during sessions as indicated in collaboration with an OT.
• Complete appropriate documentation according to department policies and procedures.
• Participate in departmental, hospital, and community continuing education seminars and in-services.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant required.
• Certified BLS or completion within the first 90 days of employment required, or as mandated by state regulations.
