Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC is seeking a per-diem Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department in Salisbury, CT. You will work with a collaborative rehab team to provide compassionate therapy services and support residents toward their highest level of independence.

The qualified candidate will have an OTA license or be eligible to practice in Connecticut, strong MS Office and EMR documentation skills, and a team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Current OTA license or license eligible in CT
• Experience in sub-acute/skilled nursing setting preferred
• Strong computer skills with MS Office and EMR documentation

Responsibilities
