Part-Time Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) Bettendorf, IA Part-Time Serve Older Adults in a Senior Living Community

Are you a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of older adults—while enjoying flexible, part-time hours? Symbria is seeking a compassionate and motivated COTA to join our Rehab Team in Bettendorf, IA on a PRN basis.

Responsibilities

As a PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA:):

  • Collaborate with Occupational Therapists to develop and carry out personalized treatment plans

  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to help residents achieve functional goals

  • Contribute as a valued member of an interdisciplinary care team

  • Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program

  • Valid Iowa COTA license

  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including some weekends

  • Previous experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehab is a plus—but not required!
