Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) for our sub-acute / skilled nursing rehab department in Maine.

You will join a therapist-owned team dedicated to appropriate and ethical patient care, with a strong focus on work–life balance, generous PTO, ongoing education, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current OTA license or license eligibility in the employing state.
• Ability to provide comprehensive therapy in a sub-acute / skilled nursing setting.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel; experience with electronic documentation.
• Good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub‑acute / skilled nursing facility setting.
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team‑working environment.
• Demonstrate strong documentation practices with attention to detail and timeliness.
• Be flexible with hours to meet patient care needs.

A full‑time Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) position is available in our sub‑acute / skilled nursing rehab department.

Good Faith Rate Range: $27 – $30 per hour.
