Preferred Therapy Solutions is hiring a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) to join our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab team in Madison, ME. You will provide comprehensive therapy services, collaborate with rehab staff, and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualified candidates hold a COTA license or license eligibility in Maine, with strong computer skills (Outlook/Word/Excel) and a collaborative approach to patient care.

Qualifications

• Current COTA license or license eligible to practice in the state employed
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and experience with electronic documentation
• Good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Team player with the ability to work in a collaborative rehab team environment
• Flexibility with hours

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
• Work collaboratively with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment
• Possess a current COTA license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
• Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel and electronic documentation
• Maintain meticulous documentation and be timely in reporting
