Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions is seeking a Per Diem Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) in Dover-Foxcroft, ME to join our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab team. You will deliver comprehensive therapy services and collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff to support residents’ independence.

The ideal candidate holds an OTA license or is eligible, has strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) and can maintain timely, accurate documentation while being flexible with hours.

Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Collaborate with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment.
• Possess a current Occupational Therapy Assistant license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Work well with others in a team setting.
• Be flexible with hours.
