At Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services, we promote a challenging but rewarding environment. We are currently seeking an experienced CERTIFIED OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT (COTA) for a Per Diem position.

Job Responsibilities

• Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a positive rehab experience for patients and their families.
• Respond to individual needs and tailor treatment plans accordingly.
• Utilize progressive treatment modalities to address various diseases and impairments.
• Provide in-house therapy with local management support.

Job Requirements

• EDUCATION: Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
• CERTIFICATE / LICENSE: Must be licensed in the state of the SNF where you will be working.
• EXPERIENCE: Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred.
