Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for Liberty Commons of Johnston County. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide individualized rehab plans and progressive treatment modalities in-house.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited therapy program, state licensure, and prior SNF rehab experience preferred. Background checks and a drug-free workplace are in place.

Qualificações

• Education: must be a graduate of an accredited therapy program.
• Certification/License: must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working.
• Experience: previous rehab SNF experience preferred.

Job Requirements

• CERTIFICATE / LICENSE: Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working.
• EXPERIENCE: Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred.
