Work in a supportive environment with progressive treatment modalities addressing various diseases and impairments, with in-house therapy and local management support.

Job Requirements

• EDUCATION: Must be a graduate of an accredited therapy program.
• CERTIFICATE / LICENSE: Must be licensed in the state of the SNF where you will be working.
• EXPERIENCE: Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred.
