Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver in-home therapy under a Plan of Care created by an Occupational Therapist. You will operate under supervision of the Director of Nurses to provide high-quality home-based care.

The role requires an active COTA license in the state of practice and dependable transportation to service clients in various home environments. We value dedicated caregivers who support our mission in the community.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state where you practice.
• Must have dependable transportation and be able to drive in all weather conditions.
