Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver in-home therapy services under a Plan of Care developed by an Occupational Therapist. The role requires reliable transportation and the ability to drive in all weather conditions.

You will work under supervision to support patient-centered care in clients’ homes within Virginia. This position emphasizes compassionate, evidence-based practice and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state in which you practice.
• Must have dependable transportation and be able to drive in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant provides therapy services to clients in their homes under the Plan of Care established by the Occupational Therapist and under supervision of the Director of Nurses.

The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant is a qualified professional who, under the supervision of the Director of Nurses and licensed Occupational Therapist, provides therapy services to clients in their homes under the Plan of Care established by the Occupational Therapist.
